1 General Terms & Conditions

3k bet (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Platform") is a licensed online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 3k bet and its members.

These terms apply to the website, mobile application, and all services offered by 3k bet. By using the platform, you agree to all the terms described here. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the platform.

3k bet reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified in advance via email or platform notification before any changes take effect.

2 Account Registration

To join 3k bet, you will need to create an account. All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful.

• Active Mobile Number
• Email Address
• Password (a strong password is recommended)

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

Keep your account password strictly confidential. 3k bet will never ask for your password by phone or email. If anyone requests your password, notify our support team immediately.

3 Age Verification (KYC)

The minimum age to join 3k bet is 18. This is a strict policy with no exceptions. We are committed to keeping minors away from gambling and betting.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed after registration and before your first withdrawal. The following are required:

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

Supported payment methods at 3k bet include Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, and USDT. Deposits are generally processed instantly.

Withdraw

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC has not been completed.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Payment will be issued in the account holder's name.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

3k bet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own set of terms and conditions.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus is generally available once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Bonus wagering requirements are typically 5 to 15 times the bonus amount.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the specified time after they are credited.
• Two bonuses cannot be active on the same account at the same time.
• A voucher code can only be used once, unless stated otherwise.

6 Betting Rules

There are a few key rules that apply when placing bets on 3k bet.

Bet Acceptance:

• A confirmation message will appear on screen once your bet is accepted. Any bet without confirmation is not considered valid.
• 3k bet is not liable if a bet cannot be completed due to technical issues.
• 3k bet reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds.

Results & Payouts:

• Payouts are processed once the bet outcome has been confirmed through official sources.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting. Always check the latest odds before placing a bet.

Maximum Win:

There is a maximum win limit per bet slip. This limit may differ for special events. Please refer to the relevant betting section for details.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3k bet:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on someone else's behalf.
• Attempting to manipulate the promotion or bonus system.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or disturbing other members.
• Engaging in money laundering or any unlawful financial transactions.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

3k bet may close or temporarily suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• If the terms and conditions are violated.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If a security risk is identified.
• Under the direction of a court or regulatory authority.

Members may request account closure at any time. If a balance remains, the withdrawal process will be completed before the account is closed.

Under our responsible betting policy, members may also apply for self-exclusion. During this period, access to the account will be restricted.

9 Limitation of Liability

3k bet is not liable for the following:

• If a transaction fails due to an internet connection issue.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment services.
• Service may be disrupted due to unexpected technical errors.
• If a member's password or account details are compromised due to their own negligence.
• In the event of a natural disaster or force majeure situation.

In the event of any dispute, 3k bet's decision shall be considered final. However, members who disagree may appeal to our support team.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

3k bet treats the privacy of members' personal information with the utmost importance. Your data will never be sold to third parties.

11 Changes & Amendments to Terms

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request account closure and withdraw your remaining balance.
